Return Policy

No General Returns: We do not accept returns except in specific cases as outlined below.

Incorrect Size: If the item does not fit, customers may return it at their own expense within 10 days of receiving the order. Once we inspect the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will offer an exchange for another size. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Wrong Item: If the product has a defect or you received the wrong item, Hilya Abaya will cover the return shipping costs. Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the order. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed within 10 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For size-related returns, an exchange will be offered. If the required size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Conditions

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Items with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.

Sale items and customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange, store credit, or refund accordingly.
